Please read the policy before booking. By booking an appointment you agree to these terms as well as the use any photos or videos taken during your service unless you verbally decline.
Please cancel appointments 48 hrs prior to secure your deposit towards your next rescheduled appointment. An additional deposit for you next appoint is due if cancelation policy is not met. You may cancel or reschedule appointments on the customer service page. Text messages about rescheduling appointments do NOT suffice. All deposits are non-refundable but are transferable as a single (1) deposit towards your next service if cancelation guidelines are met. If you walk out during your service hours your deposit is non-refundable . Service hours are subject to change. Start and end times are not guaranteed.
